Jacquees Detained at Milwaukee Airport Following Verbal Altercation
Jacquees caused a stir at a Wisconsin airport on Sunday (May 13), which resulted in him being hauled off by the police and cited for disorderly conduct.
The singer at was General Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee, Wis. when he reportedly got into an argument at the baggage claim with another passenger. The situation became loud enough for a Milwaukee County Sheriff's deputy to intervene. That is when things got even more heated. According to an incident report obtained by TMZ, the This Time I'm Serious singer flicked the officer the bird and repeatedly told him "fuck you." He took it a step further when he allegedly added, "You're just a white boy with a badge. I don't have to listen to you."
Authorities followed Jacquees to his car and eventually detained him after threatening to break his window if he didn't exit the vehicle.
The singer was captured on video being taken into custody by someone standing outside. He tried to state his case. "I'm getting locked up for no reason," he said in the video posted to Instagram. "I'm getting locked up because the police said I flicked them off. Police said I flicked them off. I did not touch the police one time. I was singing in the airport, the police said I couldn't sing. Bring the camera closer please. I did not do nothing to a officer."
He was cited for disorderly conduct and released.
This is Jacquees' second run-in with the law this year. In March, he was roughed up by cops while being arrested in Miami for not wearing a seatbelt. In that situation, he later hinted at taking legal action.
