NBA Commissioner Adam Silver had to have a sideline conversation with rapper Drake this week about his antics at the NBA Finals in support of his hometown team, the Toronto Raptors. Kodak Black is back behind bars and he may not be able to shake this one,he's currently being held on a $550,000 bond after being arrested for state and federal firearm charges.
