In just a few short weeks, three of Buffalo's major sports teams will be in season at the same time.

The Buffalo Bills kicked off their season in grand fashion in early September, the Sabres followed in October, and now the 7-time NLL Champion Buffalo Bandits kick off their 2025/26 season at the KeyBank Center on Saturday, November 29, 2025, when they take on the Georgia Swarm.

That game, which is the home opener and the season opener for the Bandits, will also be when they raise the championship banner from their last NLL Championship season.

The Bandits have been a shining star for Buffalo sports as they have been one of the most successful teams in the National Lacrosse League, and since 1992, when the team was founded, have appeared in the playoffs 26 times in 33 years. The Bandits also have earned 7 Division Titles, 2 Conference Titles, 7 League Championships, and the league's only perfect season.

Some of the big events that are scheduled are the Championship Banner Raising on November 29th, the team works to Tucker Out Lymphona on January 3rd, there are three Friday Night Lights games on January 16th, February 27th, and March 13th, plus Native American Heritage Night is on Saturday, February 7th.

This will be a historic season for the Bandits as they chase their 8th title, which, if they win, would be thier 4th consecutive and 4th over the last 6 seasons.
