What Are Buffalo’s Playoff Odds After Lost To Philly?
This morning there are plenty of Bills Mafia members calling for Buffalo to move on from head coach Sean McDermott.
The Bills fall to 6-6 on the season after overtime lost to the Philadelphia Eagles on the road last night.
While many Bills fans want the team to move on from the coach and other veteran players, the Bills can still make the playoffs this season.
So what are the odds?
Using the New York Times' NFL playoff simulator, here are the odds that the Buffalo Bills make it to the playoffs this year.

At 6-6, the Bills have a 15% chance of making the playoffs.
If they win the remaining five games on their schedule and finish 11-6, they would have a 97% chance of making the playoffs.
If they win four out of the next five games and finish at 10-7, they would have a 61% chance of making the playoffs.
If they win three out of the next five games and finish at 9-8, they would only have a 6% chance of making the playoffs.
If they win two or fewer games out of the next five games, they would have less than 1% chance of making the playoffs.
The Bills need to take this week and next week's BYE and make some changes. They still have two very tough games in a row coming up. They travel to take on the 8-3 Kansas City Chiefs before hosting the 8-3 Cowboys the week after.
Also on the schedule for the Bills are the Chargers, Patriots, and the Dolphins to close out the season.
Being 6-6 isn't great, but the good news is that the Bills still have a chance to make the playoffs this year.
