The final grand prize of the New York State Lottery's $10 Million Bonus scratch-off game has been claimed.

$10 Million Dollar Lottery Winner In New York State

The New York State Lottery announced that Daniel Durham of Canton, New York, won the last grand prize available from the $10 Million Bonus scratch-off game. Durham claimed the $10 million prize and opted to receive a one-time lump sum payment totaling $6,467,007, after required withholdings.

He bought the scratch-off ticket at Stewart’s Shops located at 115 East Main St. in Canton.

August Million Dollar Winners In New York

At the time of this writing, there have been three million-dollar or more lottery winners in New York State this month. On top of Durham's $10 million dollar prize, Alfredo Cruz of Brooklyn won the top prize of $1 million dollars on the New York Lottery’s $1,000,000 Grande scratch-off game, and Gus Anastasiadis of Deer Park won $1 million dollars with the New York Lottery’s Millionaire Maker scratch-off game.

All three of the million-dollar winners were from scratch-off games.
