The sale of a century-plus year old house in Buffalo’s Delaware District has become the 29th private residence in Erie County that sell for more than $1 million.

According to documents filed June 28 in the Erie County Clerk's office, David Zemsky paid $1.1 million for a circa 1910-era house at 59 Cleveland Ave.

Zemsky bought the house from the John A. Mitchell Revocable Trust 092515 and Elizabeth S. Mitchell Revocable Living Trust, according to county clerk records.
The six-bedroom house has 3,915-square-feet.
