Massive Car Show In Western New York State [PICS]

The weather was perfect this past weekend for the return of the Toy Town Car Show in historic, East Aurora, New York!

This was no ordinary car show as thousands of people, young and old, walked along a large stretch of Main Street in East Aurora to see the classics, customs and late model cars and trucks.

This may have been the largest car show Western New York has seen in years and was an annual tradition during the years of ToyFest in East Aurora.

I grew up in and went to school in East Aurora ('95). It truly is a unique and wonderful place to raise a family. It was great to come back to EA and see this car show! To witness the results of the hard work that these owners put in to their vehicles is pretty amazing. However, the hardest part of walking along a car show route with kids is trying to keep their little hands off the cars. I was sweating as we got within a few feet of these beautiful machines! Thankfully, there were no incidents!

We blessed to have so many great events in the summer here in Western New York. As we are getting ready for back-to-school, things are not slowing down. There are still numerous concerts and festivals on the schedule and football season is about to begin! Fall in the Buffalo is most likely the best time of year with warm days and cool evenings, it is perfect for getting out and enjoying time with family.
