Summertime in Buffalo is a pretty interesting time. Not only do you have the people of Western New York and Southern Ontario come out from their long winter hibernation to enjoy all the area has to offer in the warmer weather, but folks are making their plans for the next NFL Season.

Now that we know the details for the 2025-26 Bills season, fans all over are getting ready to cheer on the hometown team. Of course, this year is extra special since it will be the last full season the Bills play at the old Highmark Stadium. As construction continues on the new stadium, everyone is excited for everything the Bills will do on the field and on the screen.

Buffalo Bills Madden 26 Ratings For New Season Are Available

The annual pastime that we have come to know as rating day is here; EA Sports has begun to release the ratings they have issued for players in this year's edition of Madden NFL.

Madden NFL 26, which is available now for pre-order, is set to be released on August 14, 2025, and is the latest edition of one of the most popular video games ever made. This game has been published every year since 1988 and features Saquon Barkley and the Philadelphia Eagles on the cover.

As with previous releases of the game, EA Sports assigns a numerical skill rating for every single player who is in the game, along with ranking the team with an overall rating.

There has been a lot of talk lately about whether Josh Allen was given a fair shake with his 98 rating instead of the coveted 99 club, but beyond that, there are a few controversies in my opinion.

According to MaddenRatings, the Bills have achieved an overall 85 team rating and have only one player who has a rating above 90.

While Dion DawkinsDion, Gregory Rousseau, James Cook, Joey Bosa, Spencer Brown, Christian Benford, Matt Milano, Taron Johnson, and Khalil Shakir all received respectable ratings in the 80s, we all know that they deserve better numbers.

We'll have to show them on the field this season.
