Most people who live in Buffalo, New York will proudly tell you that they are a Bills fan, even if they aren’t the biggest fans of football.

No matter what: we will throw our support behind the Buffalo Bills and our bodies into tables. It’s just what we do.

But if you have the impressive ability to support the efforts from afar, then you just may be able to get ahead when it comes to your grocery shopping list.

Recent research revealed that weekends tend to be more busy at the grocery store, but there may be a loophole when it comes to Western New York.

Best Time To Shop, According To Research

The website Taste Of Home put out an article that revealed the best time to shop for less crowds.

According to the research, “experts recommend going shopping Monday-Thursday, during the early morning or late at night—closest to the store’s opening and closing hours.

That can be difficult depending on your work schedule, and that’s why I am sharing my not-so-secret loophole with you in case you find yourself in a bit of a pinch during the work week.

In Western New York, There May Be One Day That’s Better To Shop

I’ve been doing a little bit of research when it comes to grocery shopping during the NFL season, and at this point in time, I think I can come to a conclusion: the best time to go grocery shopping is during a Buffalo Bills game.

Hear me out: I know everyone wants to watch the game, but that’s exactly the reason why hardly anyone is at the grocery store during that time.

If you can handle listening to the game while on the go, then you could get your grocery shopping done in record time.

Of course, some people would rather watch the game, so it makes sense if the grocery stores continue to be relatively empty around that time.

However, it’s a good thing to know in case you are ever in a pinch and need to rush in and out of the store.
