We guarantee that every comedy fan in America can quote Adam Sandler, whether it’s reciting a line from one of his SNL sketches or hit movies or belting out a verse from his hilarious songs. There’s no doubt that the funnyman is a living legend to many.

You may have watched one of his Netflix specials from the comfort of your couch, but now Sandler fans can catch him live for a special one-night-only event next month at the Key Bank Center.

Adam Sandler will bring his comedy chops to Western New York, performing on stage at Key Bank Center in Buffalo on Sunday, April 16th. Whoopity Doo!

Sandler recently wrapped up a 15-city headlining tour late last year and was originally slated to play Key Bank Center in April of 2020. Sadly, it didn’t happen though - as he had to cancel the event due to the pandemic.

He stated at the time,

Hey you all. Hope you’re staying healthy. Due to the uncertainty surrounding when it will be safe to reschedule my postponed March and April tour dates, we have decided to cancel them. You guys can get refunds wherever you purchased your tickets. Keep washing your hands and see you when the time is right.

It’s fitting that his return to Western New York is scheduled nearly three years to the day after that scrapped show.

A staple cast member of Saturday Night Live throughout the early 1990s, Sandler went on to have a massive film career, starring in box office favorites like Billy Madison, Happy Gilmore, and The Wedding Singer. His “Chanukah Song” even became a huge surprise radio hit that still gets played around the clock during the holidays.

Based on his prior specials, we already know that the Key Bank Center show will be filled with hilarious anecdotes and plenty of cuts from his extensive music catalog (and most likely, an appearance from "Opera Man") - we just hope he makes time to throw “Lunch Lady Land” into his set!

Tickets go on sale this Friday at noon and can be purchased here
