It’s Really Over: Tiny Serves T.I. Divorce Papers; Says There’s No Hope of Reconciliation
It looks like Tiny is finally ready to call it quits with her marriage to T.I., after a lot of speculation and back-and-forth about whether or not the couple was really ending things. The reality show star reportedly has served Tip divorce papers so she can move on with her life.
RadarOnline reports that Tiny filed divorce papers in December 2016 in a Georgia court, but things seemed to stall for a while. The documents state that the marriage is irretrievably broken with no hope of a reconciliation. Now, T.I. recently filed documents of his own on Monday (April 24) acknowledging that he has received the divorce papers.
In her documents, Tiny is seeking seeking primary physical custody and joint legal custody of their three kids. She wants the judge to determine how much child support T.I. has to pay for each, including health insurance.
She also demanded that T.I. hand over all financial records regarding their money and investment accounts. In addition, Tiny is seeking both temporary and permanent alimony consistent with their standard of living. She also wants T.I. to pay any martial debt that is owed due to his earning power.
T.I.'s rep had no comment on the matter, though Tip did keep it extra real while discussing their marriage earlier this month in an interview with Angie Martinez, making headlines when he called his union to Tiny a "distraction."
A hearing for the couple to appear in court is still pending.
