This story is so heartbreaking! A beautiful seven-month-old baby lost her life and her mother lost her child. Is the City Of Buffalo responsible for her death by not keeping the sidewalks in her neighborhood in working order?

Shannon Anderson, the mother of seven-month-old baby Nyree Anderson, says she had to push the baby's stroller in the street because the sidewalks were broken. Anderson said, “Buffalo sidewalks are ridiculous and it is so hard for me to push my daughters stroller on these sidewalks half of the time.”
