Here’s How to Get a Free Face Mask
If you need a face mask to help stop the spread of coronavirus, here's how you can get one for free.
The non-profit Eight Days of Hope will be distributing free face masks for residents in the 14215 zip code in Buffalo, according to a press release by the group.
“Our Northeast satellite happens to be in the 14215 area that is greatly affected by Covid-19. Most of our neighbors do not have the means to protect themselves or access to masks during this time. Eight Days of Hope wants to do all we can to bring hope to those we see every day. We will be
providing masks to our community this weekend, for free.” ~ Stephen Tybor, III, EDOH President and CEO via a press release emailed by the non-profit
The masks will be given out at a parking lot right next to their office at 852 Kensington Avenue. A drive-thru will be set up this Saturday, April 11th, from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. You will be able to pick up four free masks per vehicle. There will be no need for anyone to get out of their vehicle to get the masks.
