Get to Work Wednesday: Resident Care Coordinator

It's a Get to Work Wednesday, and The McGuire Group is currently reviewing applications for a Resident Care Coordinator position.

Per McGuireGroup.com:

The RCC is responsible for completing the MDS assessment instrument which includes ensuring that all comprehensive care plans include the application of CAAs for each resident/patient, establishing an MDS completion calendar while adhering to federal/state timeframes, coordinating interdisciplinary care services, performing audits and providing on-call nursing staff coverage and administrative coverage as needed.

 

You must have a NYS Registered Professional Nurse Licensure for this position. Prior experience in a long-term care facility is preferred but not required to apply.
