Independent Health has teamed up with the YMCA to offer free exercise classes as a part of its Fitness in the Park: Home Edition.

For the 9th year, Independent Health is hosting Fitness in the Parks, but this year, due to COVID-19, it's the home edition. Independent Health and the YMCA Buffalo Niagara and the Jamestown Area YMCA are hosting five free classes each week. You can participate in the classes for free from the safety of your home. You can join the classes through the YMCA Buffalo Niagara Facebook page and the Jamestown Area YMCA Facebook page.

Each class is taught by a YMCA certified instructor. The classes are: Boot Camp, Kickboxing, Fusion, Yoga and Cardio Kick. There is no registration required and each class is free. It's time to kick that quarantine 15!

Here is the schedule:

Boot Camp - Mondays at 6 pm

Kickboxing - Tuesdays at 4:30 pm

Fusion - Wednesdays at 9 am

Yoga - Thursdays at 5 pm

Cardio Kick - Saturdays at 9 am
