Free Mask Giveaway Scheduled for June 17 in Buffalo
The Most Valuable Parents of Buffalo are hosting a citywide mask giveaway on Wednesday, June 17.
In addition to the distribution of masks, there will also be food and information on PPE safety, voting, and the 2020 Census. The event will be held from 12 pm to 1 pm at various locations around the city of Buffalo. Phase one will feature 16 locations. There will be a second phase at a later date. MVP is also looking for donations and volunteers to assist with the mask giveaway. You can contact MVP at citywidegiveaway@gmail.com.
MVP's of Buffalo, along with with the Buffalo Public Schools, Councilmen Golombek, Bollman, Rivera, Senator Kennedy, Sharon D. Tell, Heart of Hope, Back 2 Basics, Snug, Stop the Violence Coalition, Church of Scientology, Sister Betty Jean Grant, We Are Women Warriors, Community Action Organization, Mainstreethost, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, University of Buffalo Dental School, Board of Block Clubs and others, will host the giveaways, according to a press release emailed to me.
