Free Drive Thru Food Giveaway on Saturday

Canisius College in partnership with Buffalo GoGreen, The Hamlin Park Taxpayers Association, The Buffalo Center for Health Equity, and MMB Realty Group are sponsoring a Free Drive Thru Food Giveaway.

The food giveaway is scheduled for this coming Saturday, September 19th at Canisius College. Volunteers will be at the Spillman Lot, which is on the corner of Jefferson Ave. and Florida St., from 12-noon until 2.

This has been such a tough year for so many and we saw a need in the community with COVID-19, school virtual learning, many people out of work etc. We just decided to pull our resources together and do a food drive because we know every bit helps.

Food boxes are available on a First Come, First Serve Basis. Volunteers will place the food either in your back seat or in the trunk of your vehicle. Only one (1) food box donation is available per car.
