EPA Approves First Two Disinfectant Sprays That Kill COVID-19

Disinfectant sprays have been hard to come by the last few months, to say the least, and I'm guessing these two will be even harder to come by in the coming weeks.

According to WIVB, the Environmental Protection Agency has given its first approval of two disinfectant sprays that kill COVID-19. Both are Lysol products.

Those sprays are:

• Lysol Disinfectant Spray
• Lysol Disinfectant Max Cover Mist

Lab testing results were the reason they were approved by the EPA. Both products killed the virus two minutes after contact.

There is work being done to test other disinfectants to see if they are also EPA approved.

The sprays and wipes have been nearly impossible to find the last few months, but I guess it's all about the right timing when you go to the store!
