Early Voting Details for New York’s Primary Elections
Primary election day in New York is just a few weeks away and thanks to some changes in election law changes that came happened in 2019, Early Voting is once again available throughout New York State.
Early voting is available 10 days before an election. The 2021 New York State Primary is scheduled for Tuesday, June 22, 2021 and early voting begins on Saturday, June 12th and goes until Sunday, June 20, 2021. Ballots can be cast from 12-Noon until 9p Monday thru Friday, and 12-Noon until 6p on Saturday and Sunday.
Registered voters will be able to cast their ballot at any of the thirty-seven (37) designated early voting locations.

People who are registered to vote and enrolled in a political party can cast their vote at any early voting site. Absentee ballots can also be dropped off at any site throughout the entire voting period.
There are 37 Early Voting Locations in Erie County and 2 Early Voting locations in Niagara County.
