Outside of wings and beef on weck, the food item we take the most pride in is probably Buffalo-style pizza.

Buffalo-style pizza is a slightly thicker crust with extra cheese, toppings that extend far out to the crust, along with a sweeter tomato sauce and cup-and-char pepperoni. It's glorious and while not the healthiest thing for you, there's no doubt it's great for lunch or dinner.
