New Summer Hours Announced for Six Flags Darien Lake

Going to Six Flags Darien Lake is a summer rite of passage for many Western New Yorkers.  Whether it's a trip out to cool down on the water rides at Hurricane Habor or to scream your face off on the Ride of Steel, there is sure to be a ride or attraction to suit your thrill level.

Traditionally, once school lets out, Six Flags Darien lake expands its operating hours for the busy summer season.  They did do just that for the summer of 2022, but with one notable exception.

The park will NOT be open on Tuesdays for the rest of the 2022 summer season.

The park hours for the rest of the season will be:

Sundays: Park 11:00am to 7pm/Water Park - 11:30am to 7:00pm

Mondays: Park 11:00am to 7pm/Water Park - 11:30am to 7:00pm

Tuesday: CLOSED

Wednesday: Park 11:00am to 7pm/Water Park - 11:30am to 7:00pm

Thursday: Park 11:00am to 7pm/Water Park - 11:30am to 7:00pm

Friday: Park 11:00am to 9pm/Water Park - 11:30am to 7:00pm

Saturday: Park 11:00am to 9pm/Water Park - 11:30am to 7:00pm

Six Flags suggests checking their website HERE on the morning of the day you are going to visit because park hours are subject to change.

Also new for the 2022 season, Six Flags Darien Lake now only accepts card payments (Credit or Debit) onsite.  So be prepared when you pull into the park, as this also includes parking. Once inside, there are cash-to-card machines for you to use.
