1. Homicide Victim: Leonard Smith
Reward: $7,500

Crime Stoppers WNY is offering a reward of up to $7,500 for information leading to the arrest of the suspect(s) in the murder of Leonard Smith. He was killed on May 22, 2023, in Buffalo on Delaware Avenue.

2. Homicide Victim: Aaron Ware
Reward: $7,500

Aaron Ware was killed on January 18, 2026, on Winter Street in Buffalo. There is a $7,500 reward being offered.

3. Suspect: Kwincie McCullough
Reward: $7,500

Police are looking for Kwincie McCullough on charges of murder and criminal possession of a firearm. A $7,500 reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest. He is considered armed and dangerous.

4. Homicide Victim: Cynthia Salter
Reward: $7,500

Crime Stoppers WNY is offering a reward of up to $7,500 for information leading to the arrest or indictment of the person(s) who killed Cynthia Slater. On November 15, 1994, she was reported missing. In 1995, unidentified remains were found near 283 East Amherst Street in Buffalo; however, it wasn't until October of last year that they were identified as those of Salter.

5. Homicide Victim: William Sciolino
Reward: $7,500

William M. Sciolino was killed while he was working at a construction site near Main and East Ferry streets in Buffalo. The incident happened on March 7, 1980. Crime Stoppers is offering a $7,500 reward.

6. Homicide Victim: Rashaan Banks
Reward: $7,500

Rashaan Banks was killed on May 13, 2001, at 64 Inter Park Avenue in Buffalo. A $7,500 is being offered for information about who killed Banks.

7. Homicide Victims: Jamie Norton and Joseph Lovett
Reward of up to $9,000

The two victims were killed on August 5, 2009, at 72 Hischback in Buffalo. A reward of up to $9,000 is being offered.
