Could Chef’s Restaurant be coming to Amherst

Now according to Buffalo Business First , a little bit of Italy could be soon coming to Amherst.The incredible Chef's restaurant is working  to potentially open up another restaurant located directly in the Williamsville Place Plaza.

The spot that Chef's is eyeing is a 6,950 square -foot end-cap spot and will offer the entire Chef's menu. Chef's has only one location and a second could really help foodies like me, who cant always travel downtown to enjoy.

This is what Chef's owner had to say about the new moves being made:

Chef's Owner Louis Billitier Jr. told Buffalo Business First the original Chef's restaurant will stay open and will never leave it's home on the corner of Seneca and Chicago Street in Buffalo.
