A Buffalo State College student is still missing and her family is hoping to find her. Saniyya Dennis was last seen leaving her dorm room on campus, last Saturday, April 24, 2021. She was leaving her room around 10:30 pm, according to a press release sent to me by Myles Carter. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, leaving from Bishop dorm. She walked towards Elmwood Avenue and may have taken the NFTA 40 Bus to Niagara Falls. Her phone last pinged from Goat Island around 1:15 am on Sunday, April 25, 2021.  According to Crime Online, her family said she was a homebody and would stay in regular contact with them.

Saniyya is a Black female who has black hair and brown eyes. She is described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs approximately 125 pounds. Saniyya is from the Bronx. A $10,000 reward is being offered for information about the 19-year-old student's whereabouts. The search efforts continue.

Her father posted a message to Instagram, according to WIVB,

“I appreciate everybody on social media that’s been reaching out, trying to help. Like I said, if you got any tips, it can be unanimous [sic], Please don’t play with me, please be real, be respectful."
