The salaries for the top administrators at Buffalo Public Schools, including the Superintendent have been released. The former Superintendent, Dr. Kriner Cash took home a yearly salary of $318,917 before he resigned in March of 2022, according to WIVB. Dr. Tonja Williams officially replaced Dr. Kash as Superintendent for Buffalo Public Schools after receiving a unanimous vote from the School Board on Thursday.

2. Julianna Sciolino (Chief Technology) - $150,000
1. Dr. Tonja Williams (Superintendent) - $270,000

The salaries of two other positions were released and listed as COVID-19 sick leave:

Chief Accountability Officer - $130,000 (CPSL LOA with pay effective 5/12/2022-5/17/2022)
Associate Superintendent of School Leadership - $140,000 (CPSL LOA with pay effective
6/21/2022-6/22/2022)

With two recent resignations, the district freed up over $200,000 in salaries:

Juliette Carbone (Resigned: Buffalo Financial Controller) - $105,000
Richard Fanton (Resigned: Director of Purchase) - $110,000
