This is like watching something straight out of the movies!  I can never and WILL never be able to figure out what motivates people to go to the EXTREME such that they get a gun and shoot at another Human Being ... I don't get it ....

Here's one of those RIDICULOUS moments caught on Surveillance Video ...AND ... RIGHT IN OUR OWN CITY!!!!!  WOW...UNREAL!
