It finally seems like we are getting back to normal in Western New York and one of the great things about that is having live concerts again. The Rochester Summer Soul Musicfest is going to kick off the return of live shows with the legendary group Boyz II Men. They will be performing in Rochester on Saturday, August 28, 2021. The show will be held at Frontier Field, located at One Morrie Silver Way in Rochester.

On Friday, August 27, 2021, there will be a tailgating event. Bundle tickets, for both days, are on-sale now and range from $69 for general admission to $129 for VIP. Tickets for just Saturday's show are available as well. You can purchase tickets and get more information here. The two-day festival has been bringing big names to WNY for decades!

Outside of The Weeknd's show at KeyBank Center next April (in 2022) and Rick Ross August 7, 2021, at Canalaside, there haven't been any big hip hop or R&B shows announced in Western New York. That's definitely one thing I have missed because of the COVID-19 pandemic - live concerts. The virtual thing just wasn't the same, the experience wasn't memorable like real concerts. I'm happy we are getting back on track, we just need to make sure we stay diligent about safety. I would hate to go back to a lockdown; I think I would lose my mind!

LOOK: Here are the 50 best beach towns in America

Every beach town has its share of pluses and minuses, which got us thinking about what makes a beach town the best one to live in. To find out, Stacker consulted data from WalletHub, released June 17, 2020, that compares U.S. beach towns. Ratings are based on six categories: affordability, weather, safety, economy, education and health, and quality of life. The cities ranged in population from 10,000 to 150,000, but they had to have at least one local beach listed on TripAdvisor. Read the full methodology here. From those rankings, we selected the top 50. Readers who live in California and Florida will be unsurprised to learn that many of towns featured here are in one of those two states.

Keep reading to see if your favorite beach town made the cut.
