Boy Sues DMV After Not Being Allowed To Wear Make-Up for His License Photo! [VIDEO]

Should you be allowed to "be yourself" when taking a photo for your State Driver's License...even it includes a guy putting on make-up because ,"that's who he is"?

Well, 16 Year-Old Chase Culpepper was told just that... NO!  The South Carolina Dept. of Motor Vehicles refused to allow the 16 year-old to wear make-up while taking the photo for his license....so HE'S SUEING!!!!!
