Blueface Charged With Felony For Possession Of Unregistered Handgun ,He Reportedly Faces Jail Time
According to the Blast, the L.A. County D.A.’s office just charged Blueface with possession of a fully-loaded, unregistered handgun from the arrest.
Police reportedly pulled up on a large group of people that were hanging out. Multiple people tried to get rid of their weapons as they began to scatter. However, Blueface and two other men were arrested.
The charge is a felony and reportedly carries a maximum sentence of three years in prison. The charge reportedly comes in the wake of another charge that Blueface was given for a different possession of a firearm.
Back in November, he was reportedly arrested for his alleged involvement in a robbery that also included a vehicle-to-vehicle gunfight. He was reportedly riding in the car that crashed into the divider at the center of the freeway and arrested on a $50,000 bond for assault with a deadly weapon.
His charge from the incident was eventually downgraded, and he was charged with possession of a registered handgun, which is a misdemeanor. Back in December, he pled not guilty and now faces up to a year in the county jail.
He is reportedly scheduled to appear in court later this week.
