New York Lt. Governor Kathy Hochul told WIVB that because of COVID-19, the Bills might have to play their pre-season games without fans in the stands.

Hochul says the state is committed to getting these teams up and running, but crowds aren’t expected any time soon.

The Bills are expected to have home pre-season games on August 21st against Atlanta and on August 29th against the Colts.

The Bills are expected to kick-off their regular season on Sunday, Sept. 13th at home against the NY Jets. No word yet if they will be allowed to have fans at the stadium for that game.
