There are some really great Buffalo spots that serve up amazing wings. I would call ahead today, just to make sure they can accommodate your order since they will likely be slammed on Sunday. Here they are in no particular order.

If you're looking for hot wings, Bar Bill offers "extra hot," but if you live life on the edge, you may want to opt for "suicidal." For an extra $2.00 you can lay it all on the line.
Reddit user tpb1919 described life after consuming Bar Bill's suicidal wings,
I have good spice tolerance. I usually get the extra hot from there. I decided to challenge myself and do the suicide. Definitely the hottest I’ve ever had by far. I ended up throwing up in the parking lot and spent the next day on the toilet, shitting out what smelled like a corpse. Still tasty wings though.

Duff's issues a warning on its website that things aren't always what they seem,
WARNING! Medium IS HOT! Medium Hot IS VERY HOT! Hot is VERY VERY HOT!
Reddit user poopiswhatsfordinner agrees,
Strictly speaking from a spice perspective, Duff's heat scale maxes out (Death Wings) higher than any other spot I've eaten wings from in Buffalo, including Bar Bill and Gabe's.
283 Olmstead Ave Depew, NY 14043 / (716) 683-9553
Most of the Yelp reviews about Sal's describe it as a dive bar in a residential area, so be prepared for that. Reddit user F_Ten said,
Not only is it the coolest bar around, they have the hottest wings I can think of
Cory W. was a little more descriptive on Yelp about the heat that Sal's wings bring,
The only problem the meal was the fact that I ordered the wings hot. I like hot foods. I normally order my wings hot, hot extra saucy, or extra hot. I could drink the "hot" sauce at Duffs by the gallon and be fine. With all that being said, the "Hot" wings here completely shut me down. The first wing was good but as I worked my way through the plate, the heat from each wing compounded on top of the last. After 4 wings my eyes and nose had turned into a steady faucet, my tongue felt like it was burning out of my head.
145 Allen St, Buffalo, NY 14201 / (716) 886-0602
Josh Tashjian who wrote a spotlight article on Gabriel's Gate on the Visit Buffalo Niagara website has a warning for those who like it hot,
Thrill seekers should only try the “suicide” heat at their own peril.
Reddit user wasteofmortality has a more dire warning,
Gabriel’s Gate is the only place that requires baby wipes for three days after consumption. Go there.
Buffalo Wild Wings
1620 Niagara Falls Blvd, Tonawanda, NY 14150 / (716) 833-3111
Even though Josh Allen got called out for partnering with the national chain over a local Buffalo wing joint, I still wanted to include it on the list. I'm all about options and if it's spicy you're looking for, they have it. If you're "about that life" you can take the Buffalo Wild Wings' Blazin' Challenge, where you have to down 12 of its spiciest flavored wings in 6 minutes or less,
At 350,000 Scoville units, the Blazin' sauce is 60 times hotter than jalepeño peppers.

If you're bold enough to eat the spiciest of spicy wings, maybe you'll be bold enough to embrace ranch dressing!
