Bar-Bill Teams Up With Left Coast Taco For New Wing Flavor

There are few wings better in Western New York than Bar-Bill in East Aurora. They’re gaining more fame outside of Buffalo too, which is very well-deserved.

Cinco De Mayo is this Wednesday (May 5th), and to celebrate the holiday this week, Bar-Bill has a new wing flavor that is sure to have Mexican food fans happy (along with wing lovers).

According to their Instagram page, Bar-Bill has teamed up with Western New York’s Left Coast Taco for a new wing flavor. It’s Bar-Bill’s wings with Left Coast Chili Pineapple sauce. It’s topped with queso fresco and cilantro and instead of blue cheese, it’s served with avocado cream!

According to Bar-Bill, this flavor will be available on Tuesday, May 4th and will be while supplies last.

Ive had some unique wing flavors around Western New York (sometimes it’s good to veer away from the medium sauce sometimes), but I’ve never had anything like this — and I love Left Coast Taco! I’ll definitely be trying this one.

Avocado and chili pineapple sauce with wings? It’s interesting enough to just work. Also, can you believe it’s already Cinco De Mayo? Wasn’t it St. Patrick’s Day two weeks ago? I’m not complaining, being on summertime and shenanigans!
