Buffalo has been pretty cold lately, and I can’t say I’m a fan of winter weather. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to head down south last weekend for the wedding of former WBLK mix show DJ and Fix Your Face affiliate, DJ Noodles. I'm not the least bit Italian, however, I love Italian things- Mob movies such as Goodfellas and The Godfather , and Italian food. This weekend is the Sorrento Cheese Buffalo Italian Heritage Festival; I love to eat, so I'm grateful to live in a city that is big on food festivals.

For me, this weekend is basically on par with Christmas and my birthday: The Taste of Buffalo is July 9th and 10th. I love food, but more than anything, I love Buffalo food: La Nova wings and pizza, and BW's ribs and cornbread are a few of my steady favorites. It's amazing to find tried and true favorites in one place, along with many new local eats I haven't tried.

DJ Drama has decided to change the title of his upcoming album Gangsta Grillz 3: The Album. The LP will now be titled Third Power. The album will feature many artists such as T.I., Trey Songz, Jeezy, Chris Brown, and many others.
