Another WNY Bar Closed for Violating NY Pause Order

Some folks just don't learn! Another Buffalo bar has been shut down for violating Governor Cuomo's NY Pause order.

According to Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz, Gabels Bar on Hertel Avenue was caught violating the executive order closing all dining rooms at New York restaurants and bars. Gabels was shut down by the Erie County Department of Health on Friday, according to WGRZ. The bar allegedly held an "unofficial" happy hour. Its liquor license has now been suspended by the New York State Liquor Authority.
