Thieves Steal Car In Buffalo – And The Kids Were Still In The Back Seat
Buffalo police announced this morning (9/21) that they are on the lookout for suspects who stole a car that had two children inside.
According to WGRZ, the vehicle was stolen at around 10am from the 100 block of Anderson Place. They say that a family member was nearby and saw that there were two suspects who jumped in the car and drove away while 2 children were seated in the back.
It looks as though they had second thoughts on stealing the car once they realized there were kids inside. The car was found a short time later with the boy and the girl safely inside at Lexington and West Utica.
It's frightening to think about what could have happened to those kids. Never leave your kids in a car that is unattended.
A search is underway for the people who took the car.
