According to data from the Buffalo Niagara Association of REALTORS, the average home for sale in the Buffalo area is only on the market for 24 days before it's sold, with most of those homes selling for nearly 10% more than their original asking price.

Given these factors, you would think there would not be many great houses available, but that is not true in a city like Buffalo.

Buffalo is full of great examples of amazing architecture, and it's quite common to find homes designed by some of the greatest minds in architecture. Names like Frederick Law Olmsted, Calvert Vaux, Frank Lloyd Wright, Louis Sullivan, Louise Blanchard Bethune, H.H. Richardson, Eliel and Eero Saarinen, and Elbert Hubbard grace many structures, and there is one house that just hit the market that you should be paying attention to.

You Have To Check Out 92 Woodbridge Ave, Which Is Now For Sale

Constructed in 1962 and designed by famed architect John S. Kina, 92 Woodbridge Ave in North Buffalo just hit the market, and this is not your run-of-the-mill house.

This marvelous, split-level, Mid-Century Modern home offers over 3,000 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and three bathrooms and sits on a huge city lot. While most cities of Buffalo homesteads have around 35 feet of frontage, this house has 60 feet of frontage and is 150 feet deep. That 9,000 square feet of land means you have a lot of land to go with your great house.

If that isn't enough to pull you in, perhaps the exposed brick exterior and oak floors inside will grab your attention. Large bedrooms, a massive study, and a recreational room are all available to help you have a good place to hang out while also giving you plenty of space to entertain.
