Although I still eat meet and dairy from time-to-time, I eat vegan or plant-based about 90% of the time.  These are some of the products I've found that help me eat vegan regularly.  I came from a meat and dairy eating family, so it wasn't easy for me to go vegan.  What has made it easier is having these products.  I don't feel like I'm missing out on my favorite foods.  I'm not going to say that these are the healthiest vegan or plant-based options, because obviously, eating a carrot is much better for you than a pepperoni pizza, but I like to indulge sometimes.

There are many other items I will share in the future, but I figured this was a good start for someone who might be considering a vegan or plant-based diet. Vegan products are not the cheapest, but I don't mind because I know I can still eat what I want, but not feel guilty about eating non-plant-based.
