President Obama has vowed to stay in Washington, DC after leaving The White House, according to News Reports, but there are some Security Concerns,

The home is reportedly owned by Joe Lockhart, who was a White House Press Secretary under Former President Bill Clinton.  The Obamas would pay approximately $22,000 per month.
