A Louisiana school teacher has been arrested for having sex with an underage student, intentionally infecting him with AIDS, WUSA9 reports.
Derrick Nesby was arrested last week. The 37-year-old is a teacher at H.L. Bourgeois High School in a Louisiana Parish. Sources say that he was intimate with an underage student at the school.
