I wondered where the car was, from watching the initial video which was released to the public of the Walter Scott Shooting. This video... JUST RELEASED... tells "The Rest of The Story".  Does this change things? WATCH:

Surely, you have seen the horrible video of a South Carolina man, Walter Scott, being shot by police officer, Michael Slager, 8 times in the back. The video not only showed the unlawful killing of the unarmed man but also showed the officer planting false evidence on the deceased body to justify the murder. Slager has been charged.
