“Pancho’s Packs” Need to Be Filled By Teachers

So if you recall it was only a couple of  weeks after Castro's passing, The Teacher's Desk had got some money together for the Panchopacks. Those packs have and will continue to be give to students across 250 schools that benefit from the Teacher's Desk locally and across WNY.

With some many packbacks to fill the  The Teacher's Desk needs more than 100 teachers to help fill back packs with school supplies in honor of the late Buffalo Bills superfan Pancho Billa.

The non-profit organization has been working with Castro's family since his passing in May to fill and distribute thousands of backpacks, called Panchopacks, for students across Western New York.On Tuesday, The Teacher's Desk posted on Facebook that it still needs to fill 250 Panchopacks on September 28th from 9am-noon.
