According to WFTV, an Orlando Florida mother is in jail today after being arrested for neglecting her 5 children for years. The deplorable conditions that they were subjected too is beyond words!
The sad part about this story is that neighbors were aware of the situation but whenever they tried to help the mother would get upset as if she did not want anyone to know what was going on inside the house.
Could the mother be suffering from some type of mental issues because what would make a mother do this to her own children?
