It looks like Meek Mill's once again facing some serious legal trouble. According to TMZ, the MMG rapper is being sued by the family of 31-year-old Travis Ward, who was killed outside of Meek's concert at the Oakdale Theatre in Connecticut last December. Four people were shot in the incident.

The family, along with another man injured during the incident, believes Meek's lyrics attracted a violent crowd to the Oakdale Theatre and that the venue permitted "thugs" to linger around the area to incite violence after the show concluded. The family references lyrics from Meek's "Tony Montana" freestyle, which includes bars like "AK-47 picture perfect like a camera" to make their point.

The family is currently suing for unspecified damages, but seeing as Meek's barely connected to the incident in any tangible way, it doesn't seem all that likely this case will work in their favor. It's still something to watch out for, though.

Having to go to court in the near future might derail some of Meek's plans for the summer. Meek's built up a solid amount of momentum recently, dropping his newest project, Meekend Music, on his birthday a few weeks ago and announcing his Against All Odds tour with Yo Gotti a short time later.

He also dropped a new record called "Glow Up" and quickly followed up with a video.
