The family of Jack Lamar Roberson, 43, is disputing statements made by Waycross Police on how he was shot and killed during a shooting Friday, reports First Coast News.

Police are saying that jack “lunged” at them with weapons in hand, but is family is saying just the opposite and that is ‘he did not have anything in his hands at the time of the incident’.
