Lil Wayne is releasing a book about his time spent in prison called Gone 'Til November: A Journal of Rikers Island. The book is slated to come out on October 11.

You can pre-order the book today via Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books A Million and more. The hardcover is selling for $23. If you're a diehard Wayne fan, you'll definitely want to pick up a copy.

According to Penguin Books, "From rap superstar Lil Wayne comes the long-awaited GONE 'TIL NOVEMBER, a deeply personal and revealing account of his time spent incarcerated on Rikers Island for eight months in 2010."

Weezy spent eight months incarcerated for criminal possession of a firearm and marijuana. He was released on November 4, 2010 on good behavior.

This year's event will be taking place on September 3 and 4 at Philly's Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The Carter rapper will be performing alongside other major acts including 2 Chainz, Chance The Rapper, Rihanna, Travi$ Scott and A$AP Ferg.
