Oh, he is back and in a big, big, way! Justin Timberlake took the stage at a DIRECTV Super Bowl party last night (Feb. 2), performing three brand new songs from ‘The 20/20 Experience.’
Of course he treated the crowd to the new smash ‘Suit & Tie.’ He also debuted the new songs ‘Little Pusher Lover Girl,’ which is decidedly and deliciously retro in a new and fresh way, and ‘Bad Girl,’ which is also retro and sexy in a slower Motown kinda way. We sense a “girl” theme here!
We are totally crushing on ‘Little Pusher Lover Girl.’
Justin Bieber may talk a good game when it comes to swag, swag, swag but it’s Justin Timberlake who has boatloads of the stuff, as his perf demonstrated, especially when Jay-Z joined him. The ‘Lake busted some serious moves. He is no joke on the stage. Of course, the Hova had to join JT for a swanky perf of ‘Suit & Tie,’ since they have teamed up to make JT’s return to music a monstrous success.
Timbaland took the stage to join JT for his biggest hit ‘SexyBack.’
That buttery smooth falsetto that Timberlake owns has been sorely missed. He was also a sharp-dressed gentleman in a tux, showing off plenty of dance moves while backed by a full band and singers who were called the Tennessee Kids. JT is from the great state of Tennessee, mind you.
