Jay-Z To Announce Major Move On Monday

So the King of New York aka Jay-Z has a major announcement that he will be making this  Monday, May 14 in Philadelphia, with Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter.  According to his reps this announcement will take place at the Philadelphia Museum of Art at the top of the famed Rocky steps. at 10:30Am.
