It’s a racially charged photo the Chicago Police Department didn’t want the public to see: two white cops posing with rifles as they stand over a black man lying on his belly with deer antlers on his head, reports Chicago Sun Times.

It has often been said that it is open season for killing blacks by cops because of so many shootings and killings of African Americans by police around the country. But now to have a photo surface of two law-enforcement officers pose and take pictures of someone as if they are a trophy, speak volumes to racism and insensitivity to the treatment of a human being or the ethnicity of a people?

The Chicago Police Department did not want this picture to go public but it did.
