The Queen City Jazz Festival is back. After taking 2020 off because of the pandemic, the festival is on again. The 17th Annual Queen City Jazz Festival will take place on Saturday, July 31, 2021, from 1 to 8 pm. The event will be held at the Colored Musicians Club of Buffalo NY Inc., which is located minutes from downtown at 145 Broadway.

Here's the line-up of performers:

1 pm - George Scott Big Band
2 pm - Jay Sharp-tet
3 pm - Nelson Rivera & Somos La Gente
4 pm - Curtis Lovell
5 pm - Trinity featuring DP
6 pm - Trigger and the Sermon
7 pm - George Caldwell featuring Bobby Militello

There is no fee to attend the festival and it's open to the public.  Hopefully, the weather will be nice because it will be held rain or shine.  There will be
food trucks and vendors. If you're feeling lucky, there will be a 50/50 raffle.
