Singer Frank Ocean is beginning to understand what Notorious B.I.G. meant by 'Mo Money, Mo Problems.' In a Twitter post that has since been deleted, the Grammy-nominated crooner revealed that his estranged father wants to sue him for $1 million.

Gossip website Bossip was able to grab a screen shot of the tweet:

"Father wanna sue me for a million. Like I owe him back child support. Weak individual bought me a swiss knife at 6yrs old then dipped on me."

Ocean, who was raised by his mother Katonya Breaux Riley, wrote another tweet about his father that still remains on his timeline. "I got his DNA though, maybe I inherited some of his karma too," he wrote. He finally ended his rant with this cryptic message: "not for glory. not for paper. not for self, friends, family, foes or lovers. no evil."

This isn't the first time the Odd Future affiliate has spoken out about his dad. In June, the singer revealed to his Twitter followers that his father was trying to get in contact with him. "Just found out my absent father's been cyberstalking me. Hi dad," he tweeted.

Unfortunately, this comes with the territory when artists are in the celebrity spotlight. Eventually, they will have all kinds of people coming out the woodwork looking for a windfall. Hopefully, Ocean can resolve this family matter without going through any legal drama.
